WHO CAN QUALIFY?

Individuals with physical or mental impairments. Physical impairment is a disability that limits a person's physical capacity to move, coordinate actions, or perform physical activities. Mental impairment is a cognitive, medical or mental health condition.

DO I HAVE TO PAY?

No. All of our services are provided free of charge, at no cost to you.

DO I HAVE TO BE A CERTAIN AGE?

18 and older.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I QUALIFY?

If you are unsure, you can come into our center and we can provide a free individual assessment. Please contact us at (909) 623 - 7000.

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE CENTER?

Yes, we do. We have a fleet of buses and vans that pick up participants from their homes and drop them off at the center. Please call us to inquire further. *Please note: due to COVID these services have been temporarily suspended*
